Balmar Finance Inc. is a company incorporated in The Bahamas under the International Business Companies Act, which is to say it is a Bahamian IBC.

The company provides financing, accounting, and cashflow management services to Canadian and international companies (outside of The Bahamas) looking to lend to, and/or invest in, real estate projects.

Balmar earns interest income, fees for arranging loans (facility fee), and fees for administering and monitoring loans (management fee/annual fee).

Balmar grows its business by either initiating loans directly or by acquiring portfolios. Purchases are funded with a combination of debt and equity.

Given the company’s strict policies regarding KYC, CDD, AML, and ATF, new business is considered solely based on referral from existing partners.
